What We Cover Over 6 Weeks

Cancer-related fatigue is more than just being tired. It’s a deep, physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion that doesn’t get better with rest and can linger for months or even years after treatment ends. You do not “just need to learn to live with it.”Managing and Coping with Cancer-Related Fatigue is a six-week, instructor-led group coaching program designed to help you understand your fatigue and learn what you can actually do about it in everyday life.

Understanding Your Fatigue

Learn what cancer related fatigue is and why it happens

Week 2

Self Management Strategies to Reduce Fatigue

Discover practical self management tools to reduce fatigue and protect your energy

Week 3

Physical Activity and Fatigue

Explore how safe, appropriate physical activity can help you feel stronger and less drained

Week 4

Stress and Coping with Fatigue

Learn ways to manage stress and cope with the emotional side of feeling exhausted

Week 5

Sleep and Cancer Fatigue

Understand how to improve your sleep so it supports your recovery instead of makingfatigue worse

Week 6

Nutrition and Fatigue

Get clear, realistic guidance on how nutrition can support your energy levels
